Driving Icefields Parkway and Camping in Banff in Early Autumn

2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK1 Lifted in Banff

Last September we drove from Jasper, Alberta to Banff, Alberta following a family wedding we attended. The Icefields Parkway is a stunning 232km of some of Canada's most beautiful landscapes and vistas, as you can already see. When we got to Banff, we spent one night in a campground before we headed back up to Edmonton. We highly recommend taking this trip at least once in your lifetime!

Goodman's Department Store Napa Valley

Once we started our trip back home to Edmonton, our first stop was a night in Napa Valley. We visited the Castello di Amorosa Winery with Jenya's brother and family. It was such a cool place to visit, and even though it's not a real historical castle, it was a fun adventure exploring all of the areas of the winery.

Three days of our road trip were spent in San Francisco / Berkeley to visit Jenya's brother and his family. Driving our huge lifted Jeep through downtown San Francisco was definitely an adventure. Let's just say we aren't the biggest fans of huge cities. However, we did some some really beautiful sights while we were there, amidst the crazy coastal winds and copious amounts of people.

Signaling Issues in Oldsmobile Intrigue

This 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue was having issues with the signals. It was random occurrence where the signals stopped working and the relay would not actuate. It is a fairly simple and cheap fix.

Changing Spark Plugs on the Jeep SRT8

A quick how-to on changing the 6.1L Hemi spark plugs. I used NGK LZTR5AGP which are pretty much the factory equivalent. The 6.1 Hemi takes two spark plugs per cylinder, so make sure you pick up 16 spark plugs. A swivel socket attachment helps a lot to do the back plugs.
